Installation Overview

The aluminium profile can be cut to length using a standard hacksaw, making it easy to tailor on site. The base rail is fixed securely to timber or concrete subfloors using screws or nails.

Once the base is in place, clips are positioned along the cover strip and pressed into the channel. A rubber mallet can be used to ensure a tight, even fit across the full length.

Installer Tip:
If the fit feels tight, briefly inserting a clip upside down and tapping lightly can help open the channel for smoother installation.
