  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Postage and shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty or damaged items.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your return, send clear photographs of the damage to our office email, provided in the Contact Information section below.

Special Order Products:

Custom-made or specially ordered items (e.g., products cut to specification or drilled) can only be returned if damaged or faulty. In all other cases, these items are non-returnable.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders:

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the cost of return shipping will be at your expense, and postage fees are non-refundable.
